Our Guarantee: Wining Taylors, LLC will either repair or replace, free of charge, any Durand that is found to have any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service within a period of one year from date of purchase, provided that such defective Durand is returned prepaid and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you believe your Durand is defective, please click here to contact us.
Damage in shipment: Click here to report any damage in shipment. Please specify whether the damage in shipment is only to the cork presentation box, or if some part of the Durand itself has been damaged. We, or our shipper, will provide you instructions for replacement at no cost to you.
Return policy: If, when you receive the Durand, you are not satisfied with your order, return the unused product within three (3) business days for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and a small restocking fee will be applied (10% of total order). All returned merchandise must be received undamaged, in its original packaging, and with evidence of purchase. Please use a mail carrier insured with return receipt or a carrier with tracking capabilities. We will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping and Handling: Our shipping and handling charges are based upon USPS ground rates for shipment in the continental United States.
Back Orders: Orders in stock will be shipped next business day wherever possible. Any orders that will be delayed more than 14 days will be re-verified before before shipping.
