Limited Warranty/Guarantee

Wining Taylors, LLC warrants/guarantees that it will either repair or replace, free of charge, any Durand that is found to have any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service within a period of one year from date of purchase, provided that such defective Durand is delivered to Wining Taylors, LLC or The Durand^® distributor accompanied by proof of purchase.

Except for the limited warranty/guarantee expressly set forth above, Wining Taylors, LLC makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to The Durand, including without limitation no warranty of merchantability or fitness.
