Returning The Durand

If, when you receive the Durand, you are not satisfied with your order, return the unused product within three (3) business days for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges and a small restocking fee will be applied (10% of total order).

 All returned merchandise must be received undamaged, in its original packaging, and with evidence of purchase. Please use a mail carrier insured with return receipt or a carrier with tracking capabilities. We will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
